You are probably wondering what the Hell is going on. I disappeared for months, no posts to tell you what was going on… Well, unless you are a member of my facebook group, if so you know the score.
For those who don’t, I will give you a brief catch-up. I started a new job six weeks ago, and it has kept me very busy. I have only just begun to start writing again. I promise I haven’t given up on my stories; I will complete them. When? I can’t say. I’m getting a little bit of writing done at night now. I’m sorry I don’t have any updates for you today. You can check out the Fangbangers Advent and the story I did manage to write for them.
Now, before I disappeared, I mentioned that I had dug my old Harry Potter stories out. I am happy to say I have one of them here for you now. At the moment the story is classed as a one-shot, but please tell me if you would like to see it continue. The story is a crossover, set in the Harry Potter/Buffy the Vampire Slayer/Angel universe.
Summary:She knew who he was, what he was, and what he had done do her, but she felt no anger toward him, no hatred nor rage. He may have killed her, but he also gave her life, and, at that moment, she had never felt more alive. NC17
Buffy/Angel/Harry Potter Crossover
Remember who is writing this, so dirtiness abounds. Thanks as always to the wonderful MsBuffy for her editing work.
I am sorry I don’t have any updates for you yet. My muse decided to go on an extended break and refused to be return no matter how much I threatened or bribed. She’s finally, reluctantly, shuffled back… I think she’s nursing a hangover.
I am hoping to start updating again in March. If I can figure out how, I will put a poll in this post and let you vote for which story you would like updating first.
I have been asked about Immortal Love and The Strength in Weakness, as you have probably noticed they have both disappeared. The stories are currently hidden from view, I haven’t deleted or abandoned them, I promise. I need to revise the storylines for both of them. My original plan isn’t going to work for them any longer, so I need to go back to the drawing board, so to speak, and plot them out again. Once I have done that, I will unhide and continue them.
I am happy to say I have a number of new ideas for stories as well. Although, any new story I write will not be posted until I have completed them. I do have three started already and a number of chapters banked.
I have to confess, I also got distracted by Sherlock Holmes. I watched the TV show for the first time after Christmas and got totally hooked on it. So, I will also be branching out into that fandom at some point. I’m quite nervous about that to be honest. It’s been such a long time since I wrote something that isn’t SVM/True Blood.
Sorry, I don’t have any new chapters for you at the moment. I know it’s been a while since I last updated, but this time I have a good reason. As many of you know, I have been hosting a True Blood/Southern Vampire Mysteries Exchange. It’s been hard work, but very rewarding. If you haven’t checked it out yet, head over to SVM/TB Fic Exchange and see who wrote what.
I have started the next chapters of Veiled Blood, The Road Not Taken, and Ride the Lightning, so hopefully I’ll have something to you soon. I also wrote a story for the exchange, so I’ll be posting that soon as well. I have also started another Veil Verse story, Living Ain’t Killed Me Yet. I have a couple of chapters of that already written, but I’m waiting until I have more before posting. You can check out the banner and summary for that verse HERE.
I am also thinking of turning the exchange site into a prompt/challenge site that we run all year round. I’m still thinking about that though.
